Target Audience
This program is designed for senior managers, managers, and other personnel who are responsible for managing change, or restructuring systems and procedures within their department /organization.


This course covers all the fundamentals required to manage a change or restructure a process to make it as smooth and effective as possible. 

It covers the key stages of the change process, and addresses how to minimize any potential negative effects, while focusing on the positives that change can often bring to an organization. Case studies will be used during this program to illustrate examples of good and bad change implementation processes.
Course Objectives
The program focuses on the following objectives:

1. Acquire the knowledge and confidence to manage change / restructuring within their organizations.
2. Understand the pressures and opportunities caused by change, and how people react differently to it.
3. Gain the skills and knowledge to initiate, anticipate, and respond positively, to change, and to learn how to generate positivity in others.
