Dr. Clare Kelliher is Senior Lecturer in Strategic Human Resource Management at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University.  She is a member of the Change Management Consortium Research team at Cass Business School, City University. She has a long-standing interest in flexible working and currently directs a major project concerned with examining the impact of flexible working on performance.

Thomas G. Anger

Thomas G. Anger is the Associate Dean at Queen’s School of Business and Executive Director of Queen’s Executive Development Center.  He also lectures at Queen’s for multiple finance MBA programs. Anger earned both a Bachelor of Science (Honors) and an MBA degree at Queen’s University. During his career of more than two decades with Queen’s School of Business he has held a number of administrative posts.
