Program Overview
Etisalat Academy proudly presents a unique training program that brings you a practical, how-to-do-it approach to project management that leaders around the world have demanded. Developed by Prof. Chris Brown of USB Business School, the program has been successfully completed by over 8000 participants from more than 110 organizations across the globe since 1992.
This is not just another off-the-shelf project management course, but a program that takes a unique approach by focusing on the perspective of leadership rather than functional management, presenting all key principles, processes, techniques and requirements for the focused and integrated management of projects.
The course does not promote or endorse a specific project management methodology, but looks at managing projects and tasks by a specific team against planned targets of time and cost. Don't miss this unique event!
