Course Objective(s):

The course aims to sharpen leaders’ emotional competencies and discover their inner world.

Expected Accomplishment(s):

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify emotional intelligence strengths and areas of improvement for addressing development requirements
  • Practice self-awareness techniques and apply self-management techniques for self-motivation and improving leadership effectiveness

Senior managers and managers who are interested in improving their emotional intelligence capabilities will benefit from this course.

Prerequisite(s):

  • Good command of English
  • Previous exposure to management/leadership training at a supervisory level

  • Impact of EI on business drivers
  • EI models and competence framework
  • Leadership effectiveness and EI main domains
  • Self-awareness, self-management and self-motivation, and their impact on leadership effectiveness
  • Impact of social competence on leaders’ role in driving change and conducting coaching
  • Delegation and EI

Delivery Method:

Training will be delivered by instructor-led lectures/presentations, with exercises, case studies, and group discussions.
